Verify Your Bill Is Current
Log into the Customer Portal to make sure your account is in good standing.
Test on Multiple Devices
Try connecting from a different phone, laptop, or tablet to determine if the issue is device-specific.
Check All Power Connections
Make sure both your router and the POE (power over ethernet) adapter are plugged in and have power lights on.
Restart Your Equipment
Unplug your router and POE adapter for 2 full minutes. Plug the POE back in first, then the router. Wait 5 minutes before testing.
Run a Speed Test
Use our official speed test to check your connection. For best results, connect via ethernet cable.

Factory Reset Information
CVI Managed Router
If you factory reset a CVI-managed router, it will automatically reboot within 5 minutes and restore your previous settings. Your network name, password, and preferences will return to normal — no action needed on your end.
Personal Router
Using your own router? A factory reset will erase your custom settings. You'll need to reconfigure it yourself, or call us at (209) 519-5055 and we'll walk you through it.
