Data & Usage
No catch whatsoever. All of our service plans are data-cap free. We monitor usage only to demonstrate the savings you enjoy compared to capped providers. There are no overage fees and your speeds are never throttled — unlimited truly means unlimited.
We commit to delivering the speeds we advertise. All plans are listed on an "up-to" basis since temporary external factors (network congestion during peak hours, device limitations) may briefly reduce performance, but any dips shouldn't last long. You can always run a speed test at our speed test portal to verify your connection.
Service & Technology
Absolutely not! Unlike satellite internet, our radio waves travel only short distances and are not affected by rain, fog, wind, or any weather conditions. You get consistent performance year-round, regardless of what's happening outside.
Yes! Due to IPv4 address exhaustion, static IPs aren't included by default, but residential customers can purchase one for just $10/month. Business customers get a static IP included with most plans. Contact our sales team to get set up.
We provide all necessary equipment as part of your service — including a managed WiFi router with the CommandIQ app for easy network control. Our professional installation team handles everything: antenna mounting, cabling, router setup, and WiFi optimization for your home.
Pricing & Billing
Many competitor prices are introductory marketing offers that jump significantly after 6–12 months. Our pricing is straightforward — what you see is what you pay, every month. No hidden fees, no surprise increases, no equipment charges. When you factor in the true cost of competitors (after promo periods, equipment rental, and overage fees), CVI is often the better value.
No. We operate on a month-to-month basis. We believe in earning your business every single month. There are no early termination fees — you can cancel anytime if you're not satisfied (but we're confident you will be).
You can manage payments through our Customer Portal. There you can pay bills, manage payment cards, set up auto-pay, and review your account. You can also pay in person at our office at 110 W. G Street, Suite B, Los Banos.

Yes! Central Valley Internet was built by and is maintained by a 100% United States based workforce based right here in Los Banos, CA. When you call, you talk to a neighbor — not an overseas call center.
